Jos\u00e9\uff01\u5e78\u597d\u6c92\u6709\u628a\u6fb3\u9580\uff08Macau\uff09\u6539\u70ba\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\uff08RAEM\uff09\u5462\uff01<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u95dc\u767b\u8f09\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u4e0a\u59d3\u540d\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u6027\u6846\u67b6\u898f\u5b9a\u65bc\u5169\u6cd5\u898f\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->\u70ba\u65b9\u4fbf\u95e1\u8ff0\uff0c\u73fe\u8f49\u9304\u7b2c8\/2002\u865f\u6cd5\u5f8b\uff08\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u5236\u5ea6\uff09\u7b2c\u516b\u689d\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u4e00\u3001\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u5167\u53ea\u53ef\u8f09\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u5176\u53ef\u4ee5\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\uff08\u4e00\uff09 \u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u5b57\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u6216\u5982\u6709\u95dc\u59d3\u540d\u4e26\u975e\u4ee5\u62c9\u4e01\u5b57\u6bcd\u62fc\u5b57\u8005\uff0c\u5176\u8b6f\u97f3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001\u5982\u5728\u7b2c\u5341\u516d\u689d\u6240\u6307\u7684\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u898f\u751f\u6548\u524d\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u6216\u7533\u8acb\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u5fc5\u9700\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0a\u6709\u591a\u65bc\u4e00\u500b\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u61c9\u5f9e\u4e2d\u9078\u64c7\u4e00\u500b\u6709\u59d3\u6c0f\u53ca\u540d\u5b57\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u767b\u8f09\u5728\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u3001\u5982\u5728\u7b2c\u5341\u516d\u689d\u6240\u6307\u7684\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u898f\u751f\u6548\u524d\u7684\u6fb3\u9580\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u4e0a\u6709\u591a\u65bc\u4e00\u500b\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u660e\u5c40\u767c\u51fa\u8f09\u6709\u66fe\u4f7f\u7528\u59d3\u540d\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u8cc7\u6599\u8b49\u660e\u66f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56db\u3001\u672c\u689d\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u540c\u6a23\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u7236\u6bcd\u59d3\u540d\u7684\u767b\u8f09\u3002\u300b<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u65b9\u4fbf\u95e1\u8ff0\uff0c\u73fe\u8f49\u9304\u7b2c23\/2002\u865f\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u898f\uff08\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u898f\u7ae0\uff09\u7b2c\u4e03\u689d\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u4e00\u3001\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u6309\u51fa\u751f\u7d00\u9304\u6216\u5177\u540c\u7b49\u6548\u529b\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0a\u6240\u8f09\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u767b\u8f09\uff0c\u4f46\u672c\u689d\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b3e\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e09\u6b3e\u6240\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u9664\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e8c\u3001\u5982\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u5728\u6fb3\u9580\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u6709\u6b0a\u9650\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u90e8\u9580\u4e0d\u5b58\u6709\u51fa\u751f\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u4e14\u900f\u904e\u8b77\u7167\u6216\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u8b49\u660e\u5176\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u4e0d\u540c\u65bc\u51fa\u751f\u7d00\u9304\u6240\u8f09\u8005\uff0c\u53ef\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u4e0a\u767b\u8f09\u5176\u65bc\u8b77\u7167\u6216\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u660e\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0a\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e09\u3001\u5982\u7533\u8acb\u4eba\u7121\u6f22\u5b57\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u5177\u7406\u7531\u7684\u7533\u8acb\u66f8\u8981\u6c42\u767b\u8f09\u4e00\u6f22\u5b57\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5f97\u8981\u6c42\u767b\u8f09\u8a72\u59d3\u540d\u7684\u8b6f\u97f3\u3002\u300b<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u5b57\u9762\u4e0a\u770b\uff0c\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u7b2c8\/2002\u865f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7b2c\u516b\u689d\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b3e\u53ca\u7b2c23\/2002\u865f\u884c\u653f\u6cd5\u898f\u7b2c\u4e03\u689d\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b3e\u4e4b\u9593\u6216\u7136\u5b58\u6709\u77db\u76fe\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u76f8\u4fe1\u7b2c8\/2002\u865f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7b2c\u516b\u689d\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b3e\u6240\u6307\u70ba\u4e2d\u6587\u59d3\u540d\uff0c\u5373\u6307\u67d0\u4e9b\u63a1\u7528 \u300a\u4e00\u3001\u667a\u80fd\u5361\u5f0f\u5c45\u6c11\u8eab\u4efd\u8b49\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u6392\u5217\u70ba\uff1a\u59d3\u6c0f+\u540d\u5b57\uff08\u5c07\u540c\u6642\u5132\u5b58\u65bc\u6676\u7247\u4e2d\uff09\u3002\u4ee5\u9017\u865f\uff08\u201c\uff0c\u201d\uff09\u5c07\u59d3\u6c0f\u548c\u540d\u5b57\u5206\u9694\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u767b\u8f09\uff0c\u4f46\u6b64\u9017\u865f\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u59d3\u540d\u7684\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u4efd\uff0c\u5176\u4f5c\u7528\u662f\u6307\u660e\u524d\u4e00\u90e8\u4efd\u662f\u59d3\uff0c\u5f8c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u662f\u540d\uff08\u2026\uff09\u3002 \u4e8c\u3001 \u7236\u6bcd\u4e4b\u59d3\u540d\uff1a\u7236\u6bcd\u59d3\u540d\u53ea\u5132\u5b58\u65bc\u6676\u7247\u5167\uff0c\u5176\u767b\u8f09\u65b9\u5f0f\u8207\u6301\u8b49\u4eba\u59d3\u540d\u76f8\u540c\u3002
