USC \u00a7154 (a)(1)\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u76f8\u985e\u4f3c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u7684\u5927\u610f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u5c08\u5229\u6b0a\u539f\u5247\u4e0a\u5c6c\u65bc\u767c\u660e\u4eba\u6216\u5176\u7e7c\u627f\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u5f97\u5c6c\u65bc\u4f01\u696d\uff1b\u662f\u8ce6\u4e88\u5176\u6b0a\u5229\u4eba\u5c0d\u767c\u660e\u5229\u7528\u6b0a\u7684\u7368\u4f54\u3002\u672a\u7d93\u5176\u540c\u610f\u4e0b\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e09\u4eba\u4e0d\u80fd\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u53ca\u628a\u5c08\u5229\u7522\u54c1\u6295\u653e\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u6216\u70ba\u4e0a\u8ff0\u76ee\u7684\u800c\u9032\u53e3\u6216\u6301\u6709\u5c08\u5229\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u53d7\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u767c\u660e\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u65b0\u7a4e\u6027\uff08\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5236\u5ea6\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u8aaa\u660e\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u9014\u5f91\u88ab\u516c\u773e\u8a8d\u8b58\u7684\uff09\uff0c\u539f\u5275\u6027\u53ca\u53ef\u5728\u4efb\u4e00\u985e\u578b\u4e4b\u4f01\u696d\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e2d\u88fd\u9020\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\u9019\u4e9b\u689d\u4ef6\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u79d1\u6280\u9818\u57df\u5167\u6709\u95dc\u7522\u54c1\u6216\u6709\u95dc\u7522\u54c1\u3001\u7269\u8cea\u6216\u7d50\u69cb\u6210\u5206\u4e4b\u7522\u751f\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u767c\u660e\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u5c08\u5229\u3002\u4f46\u6392\u9664\u4e86\u767c\u73fe\u3001\u79d1\u5b78\u539f\u7406\u53ca\u6578\u5b78\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u5de5\u696d\u7522\u6b0a\uff0c\u4e00\u5982\u4e00\u822c\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\uff0c\u5f97\u7531\u5176\u6b0a\u5229\u4eba\u8f49\u8b93\u4ee5\u4f5c\u5546\u696d\u7528\u9014\u4e4b\u958b\u767c\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u8a72\u6b0a\u5229\u4eba\u5f97\u56e0\u767c\u660e\u4e4b\u4f7f\u7528\u800c\u6536\u53d6\u5831\u916c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u5728\u67d0\u4e00\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9ad4\u7cfb\u5167\u5df2\u8a3b\u518a\u5c08\u5229\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u4eba\uff0c\u5f97\u8981\u6c42\u5c07\u8a72\u4fdd\u8b77\u5ef6\u4f38\u81f3\u5176\u4ed6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9ad4\u7cfb\u3002\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u6709152\u500b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u9ad4\u7cfb\u53c3\u8207\u7684\u300a\u5c08\u5229\u5408\u4f5c\u689d\u7d04\u300b\u4e0b\u4e4b\u570b\u969b\u5c08\u5229\u7533\u8acb\u5236\u5ea6\u8981\u6c42\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u2013
